On November 23, 2011, the 30th regular meeting of REDASP Founders’ Assembly was held, as the fourth meeting this year. Besides the adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting, in its working session, the meeting had the following agenda:

• The status of REDASP accreditation process
  
• Cofinancing of REDASP by the municipalities of the region
  
• Distribution of initial capital  of the off NGO “Sumadijske inicijative”
  
• Proposed decision about amendments to the Rule book on internal control and security of traffic

REDASP director, Jasminka Lukovic Jaglicic, informed the attending founders’ representatives about the problems REDASP is facing during the process of accreditation, as the main condition for performing activities in domain of equal regional development in the Republic of Serbia, as well as receiving payments on the basis of the contract on cofinancing the agency’s operation, signed with the founders - municipalities on the territory of Somalia and Pomoravlje region. Besides, there was a discussion about possibilities of alterations of founding documents related to the process of exclusion of those founders who obstruct the work of the agency, about options of transfer of initial capital share in the case of extinguishing of one of the founders, as well as about additional amendments and alterations to the Rulebook on internal control and security of traffic.

The next regular meeting of the Founders’ Assembly will be held at the end of 2011, when the founders will receive information about the achieved results in 2011, and financial indicators for the next year.
