The highest authority of the Regional Agency for Economic Development of Šumadija and Pomoravlje is the Founders` assembly, which has a total of seventeen members.    

The administration of the Regional Agency is represented through the role of the Director.    

The Executive Director oversees the activities of the Regional Agency department which has a total of six, and they are:       

• The Department for SME Development,      
• The Department for the Development of the Territory,      
• The Department of Human Resources Development,      
• The In-Doc center,      
• The Department of Finance,       
• The Administrative Department.   

The Department for the development of the territory is organized within four sectors:  

• The Strategic planning,  
• The Infrastructure development,  
• The Rural development,  
• The Management of the Development Fund.
