The Assembly of the Regional agency founders is comprised of 11 local governmental units from the territory of Šumadija and Pomoravlje region, the Serbian Government, Regional Chamber of Commerce, Credy Bank, two associations of entrepreneurs and two NGOs.

• The Municipality of Svilajnac,
• The Credy Bank ad Kragujevac
• The Association of Private Entrepreneurs “Šumadija”
• The General Union of entrepreneurs “Sloga”
• NGO “Šumadija initiative”
• NGO “The heritage and future Aranđelovac1859”

The Regional Agency governing bodies are the Assembly of the founders and the Supervisory Board. The assembly of the founders is being held four times a year, while the Supervisory Board meetings are organized once a year.
