HELP DESK ESTABLISHED FOR INFORMATION AND CONSULTATIONS ABOUT BUSINESS IN TOURISM
In the Regional Economic Development Agency for Šumadija and Pomoravlje, a Help Desk has been established, ie. a place for consultations and information to legal entities and individuals who operate or plan to start a business in the field of tourism. The main areas of information and consultation are as follows:
- Sources of funding national tourism support programs and international funds and programs
- Using the e-Tourist platform
- Digital marketing
- Preparations for small-scale investments in the field of tourism
Users of Help Desk services can be MSMEs and entrepreneurs, and other entities (associations, registered farms, individuals) operating in the field of tourism, such as hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, categorized accommodation and rural tourist households, and in related activities (old crafts and souvenirs, creative industries, entertainment industry, recreation, wineries and distilleries ...).
Anyone planning to start a business in the field of tourism or in the field of supporting services here can get the necessary information about national support programs for tourism development.
The help desk will also be available to local governments to support the use of the e-Tourist platform.
