The Meeting of Stakeholders in adult learning policies
On 2 October 2014, in the office of Regional Agency for Spatial and Economic Development of Raski and Moravicki Districts, a meeting of some of the key stakeholders in domain of adult learning policies of the two districts was held. Participants were representatives of the School administrations (district offices of the national ministry of education) for Raski and Moravicki districts with the offices in Kraljevo and Cacak, National Employment Service district offices in Kraljevo and Cacak, city administration of Kraljevo and regional development agency, Kraljevo.
The meeting was organized by Regional Economic Development Agency for Sumadija and Pomoravlje (REDASP) within the project REGIONAL – “Comparative analysis of regional adult learning policies”, with the purpose of review of advantages and challenges in domain of formulation and implementation of adult learning policies and measures in the two districts. This initiative is a part of project activity of primary research, on the basis of which a comparative analysis will be compiled, including practices and experiences of the partner countries on the project: Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Ireland, Slovenia and Serbia. Best practices will be identified and derived conclusions and recommendations for improvements in policies and measures in domain of adult learning.
REDASP is a direct partner at the project, while the Regional agency for spatial and economic development of Raski and Moravicki districts joined the initiative at the invitation of REDASP, with the goal to contribute to upgrading of human resources at their territory.
