On October 12, 2021, a training was held in Kragujevac for officials working on data entry and processing in the Central Information System in the field of catering and tourism. For the local self-governments of Šumadija and Pomoravlje, a team of administrators of electronic administration and E-tourists from the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications held a presentation and consultations.

E-turista is a central information system in the field of catering and tourism that combines all data on caterers and catering facilities for accommodation in Serbia.

The goal of the training was to improve the region's capacities in this field and the efficiency of work in the information system. The training was organized by the Regional Economic Development Agency for Sumadija and Pomoravlje, within the project "Support to Competitiveness and Tourism Development in Central Serbia – Sumadija and Pomoravlje". The project is being implemented as a pilot within the broader project "#EUzaTebe - for cultural heritage and tourism" funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and implemented by the German Organization for International Cooperation - GIZ.
