The representatives of the Regional Economic Development Agency of Šumadija and Pomoravlje, the members of the project team on the project Making Migrations Work for Development (MMWD) took part in the third meeting of the steering board and the scientific board of the project, held in Sofia 23rd and 24th April 2013. The representatives of the Republic Statistics Institution, who are also partners on the project, were also present at the meeting.

The section of the realized activities and the achieved results was made at the meeting withing the working packages WP3, WP4 i WP 7. The plan of activities for the next period was defined. The activities include mapping the data, the analysis of the relevant institutions and organizations, the making of comparative analyses based on which the projections of the population in the next period in the partnering countries and possible approaches to strategic planning of the social and economic development based on the population migration data base.
