The empowering workshop, the fourth workshop of Sumadija and Pomoravlje stakeholders in tourism was held on 24 October 2018 in the facilities of Regional Economic Development Agency for Sumadija and Pomoravlje. Attendants were the representatives of public sector (tourist organisations and LER office), representatives of private and civil sector - hiking clubs and national association of mountaineers, local product associations (wine and rakija brandy), rural tourism households and an external expert.

The purpose of the empowering workshop was to present the sub-models on pillars 3 and sustainable product development; to discus potentials and practical models for Sumadija and Pomoravlje region, and provide input for the memorandum of understanding for SGHT centers – which will define the role of the members, promoters of sustainable tourism in pilot territories of Sumadija and Pomoravlje.
