Our partner CTA is coordinating the implementation of these pilots under Work Package 5 (WP5), with the goal of delivering work-based learning (WBL) experiences in collaboration with vocational training centers, universities, and industrial partners across Europe.

Pilot Locations

Pilot activities will take place in Greece, Romania, Serbia, Spain, and Sweden.

What the Pilots Include

• Selection and training of apprentices (students or active workers);
• Collaboration between companies and training centers;
• Collection of structured feedback to improve and adapt training programs;
• Certification of acquired skills through European micro-credentials.

Who Can Participate

• Vocational training centers, universities, and educational institutions interested in joining the pilots;
• Companies in the fields of welding, metal construction, shipbuilding, and industrial manufacturing willing to host apprentices and test training materials.
